Candles & Wax Melts

Because candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

• If your candle arrives damaged, I will replace it or refund it immediately.

• If the scent isn’t what you expected, I offer one free exchange for another fragrance.

Firestarter’s

Firestarter’s may be returned only if unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. Due to safety considerations, used fire starters cannot be returned.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces (custom candles, personalized wire art, or made‑to‑order upcycled items) are final sale, unless there is a craftsmanship issue or damage during shipping. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping

• If your candle arrives damaged, I will cover shipping costs.

• For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
